This section of our website is intended to be a resource centre for our clients. You'll find that the general library pages (coming soon) will contain heaps of user manuals and support information, largely as PDF format downloadable files. We hope that this data library serves you well.

However, it may be that you can't find something you're searching for - in that case, please contact us. Because it's just not practical to digitise everything we have access to and place it here, please don't assume that we don't have the information you're after. Some of our library is held only on paper and we can organise copies for you as a chargeable service.

On the other hand, maybe we don't have something that you consider we should post here - in that case, use our > feedback form and give us your thoughts. We're always happy to consider additions and modifications, comments on how this library is structured etc.

You won't find service manuals here, for two reasons. One is that service manuals constitute part of our stock-in-trade - mostly we've paid (through the nose) for them and they are an important part of how we generate revenue in our service department, so we're not just going to give them away for free. The other reason is that they are nearly all bound paper booklets and it's not practical to digitise them.
