We run a fully maintained service workshop. And we're not talking about a geek in the corner loading some software on to a computer - our workshop represents a very serious, long-term commitment to hardware repair capabilities. This takes money, training and expertise built up over many years and is not too common.

We can repair many makes & models of audio & video equipment - not all, though. For example, we routinely perform component-level repair of DATs, digital 8 tracks, HD recorders, mixing consoles, effects devices, microphones and speakers.

To do this, we have a vast library of service manuals and information, lots of hugely expensive test gear, sophisticated tracking software and plenty of know-how between the ears.

The brands that we service come from suppliers we've worked with over a long period so we know that we ourselves will get good backup and support. In many instances, we have received factory training from those suppliers and, for all brands, we keep in close contact with the suppliers so as to stay on top of the game.

Don't forget that on-going support doesn't only involve repairing things when they break down. These days, as more and more equipment and applications are software based, we can supply, maintain and upgrade computer equipment and operating software. We have a long history of involvement in assembling & commissioning digital audio workstations.

Finally, some of our best work doesn't involve repairs at all. We can modify existing equipment or design and develop custom pieces of gear to suit special applications.

We pride ourselves on the support we can offer to you. To discuss how we can help repair or maintain your equipment, please contact > service@stusol.com
